Who We Are

NXG is a social enterprise on a mission to make education equitable and accessible for every learner – regardless of background, location, or circumstance.

We believe that talent is universal, but opportunity is not. That’s why we provide high quality tuition, mentoring, and coaching to children and young people who are often left behind in the current education system. In addition, we embark on life transformation journeys with our students with the objective of helping them become well-rounded individuals through our holistic approach to their development.

What We Do

Tuition

We offer free and subsidised academic support in core subjects like Maths, English, and Science. Our sessions are delivered virtually and physically by experienced professionals who understand the challenges facing under-resourced students. We also provide fully and partially funded technical skills training programs for young adults who choose to pursue trade skills.

Mentoring

Our mentors are role models – guiding young people through personal, educational, and career challenges. We focus on building confidence, resilience, and aspiration through regular one-on-one or group sessions.

Coaching

We provide tailored coaching that empowers students to set goals, overcome limiting beliefs, and take ownership of their learning journey. Our approach builds both academic and life skills.

Too many children in communities fall behind – not because they lack ability, but because they lack access. At NXG, we’re working to close the opportunity gap by creating a system where every learner is seen, supported, and set up for success.
